Jesus Paid it All

He is Risen!
He is Risen indeed!

While worshipping this weekend, we sang the song "Jesus Paid it All" and I was weeping by the end of it. The words were so simple yet spoke the true message of the weekend.

Jesus Paid It All
Elvina M. Hall, 19th cent.
John T. Grape, 1835-1915

I hear the Savior say, "Thy strength indeed is small,
Child of weakness, watch and pray, Find in Me thine all in all."
Jesus paid it all, All to him I owe; Sin had left a crimson stain,
He washed it white as snow.

Lord, now indeed I find Thy pow'r, and Thine alone,
Can change the leper's spots, and melt the heart of stone.
Jesus paid it all, All to him I owe; Sin had left a crimson stain,
He washed it white as snow.

For nothing good have I whereby Thy grace to claim
I'll wash my garments white in the blood of Calv'ry's Lamb.
Jesus paid it all, All to him I owe; Sin had left a crimson stain,
He washed it white as snow.

And when, before the throne, I stand in Him complete,
"Jesus died my soul to save," My lips shall still repeat.
Jesus paid it all, All to him I owe; Sin had left a crimson stain,
He washed it white as snow.

Jesus paid my debt and washed me white as snow. I owe it all to Him. He is my Savior. He is all I need. One day I will stand before Him...complete! I am overwhelmed by His sacrifice! By His love! By His grace! I have done nothing to deserve Him!

Oh Praise the One who paid my debt and raised this life up from the dead!
